What to do when you need help with a specific transaction?

  1. Open the transaction so that you can edit it.
  2. Scroll down until you see Mark as Needs Review.
  3. Select "Mark as Needs Review" and choose "Anyone".
  4. Submit a help desk ticket letting us know you would like for us to look at your transactions that need review.
    1. Please be specific about what you are confused about with the transaction!
    2. To make things even more clear, you can use the Notes box in the transaction to add notes related to your concern.
