First, before asking questions, search the help desk to see if your question has already been answered. If you don’t see your question after doing that, then we invite you to submit a help ticket here or ask your question on the weekly Q&A call by submitting a Q&A form.
Please don’t wait until your 1-on-1’s to ask questions as we only have 30 minutes on those calls and we have a structure already in place for those calls. Also, please don’t ever email or private message a question over FB as those questions can get easily lost. If you do, you will likely not be answered.
